Reflections:Today's weather was quite cooling. I find the hurdles fun to do. The curve runs weren't so good-I still have trouble turning fast and the slippery track didn't help either today. I need to be more steady and push myself to the front during mass starts to get a good lead.l

Reflections:Today's weather was quite hot. I found the long run quite fun, I managed to stay on par with Dharshini. I didn't feel so tired like previous runs and found it quite enjoyable. It was very hot though.

Reflections:Today's weather was very cooling. The 600x4 was quite easy, I have to learn not to go too fast/slow for the 1st set. The 20mins run was ok, it felt nice to be running in a pack togethyer.

Lunch:rice, chicken, egg, potato, veg, fishballs, soy milk
Dinner: rice, chicken, potato, veg, sago dessert

Reflections: Today's weather was ok. We were running inside so it didn't really affect us. Along the run I found that I could run the slopes more easily than before-maybe because of the 10km runs I've done and because it has a lot of slopes. The power gel sort of helped- it was very nice(berry flavour) and the taste didn't stick in my throat like the vanilla bean. I feel that we started too fast at the first part so at the last part I couldn't breathe properly and like there was something in my throat. I'm glad that my timing improved but I must try to meet my target next time.

I didn't do well for the last set becuse I wasn't aware that we had to go all out but I hope to do better next time. Schedule:run to cemetery,fart leg(40s,60s,80s,100s,80s,60s,40s 1 min rest in between), run back to school,20x2 lunges,sit ups, backraises, stepup.
Reflections:Today's weather was very hot. I felt like I wasn't pushing when I was running up the slope. When I was running back I felt very tired and couldn't feel my legs and like I didn't want to push anymore but Elsia was beside me so I tried my best. I hope that other runs won't be as bad.

Schedule:5km tria[run until 2nd fitness point then turn left to highway(19:34:60min)],slope running x6, 5x5jumps
Reflections:Today's run was ok, it wasn't as tiring as running back inside.I wish there were more runs like this. I didn't feel so tired when I was running up the slopes. The weather was quite cooling so maybe it helped. Happy with my timing(:but still can do better.I think the slope training was fun.
