Dinner:rice, chicken, egg, veg.,
Venue:Macritchie
Time:2.30-5+pm
Schedule:5km tria[run until 2nd fitness point then turn left to highway(19:34:60min)],slope running x6, 5x5jumps
Reflections:Today's run was ok, it wasn't as tiring as running back inside.I wish there were more runs like this. I didn't feel so tired when I was running up the slopes. The weather was quite cooling so maybe it helped. Happy with my timing(:but still can do better.I think the slope training was fun.
