Reflections: Today's weather was ok. We were running inside so it didn't really affect us. Along the run I found that I could run the slopes more easily than before-maybe because of the 10km runs I've done and because it has a lot of slopes. The power gel sort of helped- it was very nice(berry flavour) and the taste didn't stick in my throat like the vanilla bean. I feel that we started too fast at the first part so at the last part I couldn't breathe properly and like there was something in my throat. I'm glad that my timing improved but I must try to meet my target next time.
