schedule:2 laps striding pace,stick together as a goup(34.45min)
reflections:the weather was quite cooling today.i found it a bit rushed as we had to run straightaway after eating the gel but it was quite ok.most of us managed to keep in the group.i just maintained my pace the whole way,speeding uo only at e last part.we pushed each other(:i hope that we can do well for x-cty and that the weather is cooling tooo!all the way!!
